Open For Sale properties, then narrow the results by keyword, property category, or price. Select a property to see its details and photos.

Each property page shows its photos, description, price, floor area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The listing label tells you whether the property is for sale or for rent.

Choose For Rent on the Properties page. You can change the listing type to All at any time to see both sale and rental properties.

Rental listings include a payment period beside the price, such as per month. Sale listings show a purchase price. Use the listing type filter before comparing prices so you are comparing similar properties.

Every listing starts as a request from a registered user. Our team reviews each request, may correct details or photos, and publishes it only after approval. Archived listings are removed from search and detail pages.

Yes. Create an account, then use the Request to list a property page. Add the property details, sale or monthly rental price, 1–10 photos, and optional amenities. Your draft is saved privately, and you can track its status, withdraw it while pending, or edit and resubmit it if it is not approved from My requests.

Try a broader keyword, choose another property category, or widen your price range. Clear the filters to return to all properties.

You can browse properties and open their details without signing in.

Create an account on the sign-up page; an account is required to submit a property. Eden Properties does not send emails, so if you forget your password, contact the Eden Properties team and an administrator will reset it for you.
